Personalised Exercise Classes


Join me  (and some very cool classmates) for strength training classes in my PE-based studio. Its personal (you’re given one-on-one attention), it’s private (no more than 7 people in a class), it’s fun (the comradery is fantastic), and we’ll work your body into its best shape ever. Classes run twice per week for 50 minutes and have a very strong emphasis on technique, improving posture, avoiding injury and changing body shape. See here why my clients come to class.
