Physical assessment & postural rehabilitation
Over a period of time, through everyday movement and activities, some of your muscles will be
strong and others weak. This often results in poor posture and bad technique when exercising or
performing common tasks. By using a range of physical tests, we can help you understand whether or
not your body is balanced (to be honest, we haven't ever come across anyone who is - ourselves included!). If
it isn't, we'll recommend a series of corrective exercises to address this imbalance.
