Exercise coaching / personal training

This is one-on-one work in the gym, using the information gathered from an initial physical assessment. Because it's built around your results, it's personal and specific and thus very effective at helping you achieve your physical goals.
Our programmes always cover four areas of training, namely stability (making sure you develop strength specific to any given joint), mobility (ensuring you have full movement in every joint), flexibility (restoring good balance to apposing muscles) and strength (helping you develop muscle tone).
