Most people don't realise just how their daily habits and choices can result in
being either super healthy or really unwell. Quite literally, how you live your life will affect your health
and body weight. For example, how you think, what your sleep and pre-sleep habits are, how you breathe, how
much or how little you exercise (and in what form), how you cope with stress and how you create and spend your
energy are all important to consider. Even the smallest changes can make a really big difference to how you
feel on a daily basis. We'll show you what your current state of health is by using an extensive questionnaire
and will then plot the outcomes onto a graph.
The graph illustrates how well (or not) your various bodily systems are functioning -
adrenals, thyroid, kidneys, bladder, digestion, cardiovascular etc. From here, it's pretty easy to see which
systems are stressed and thus we can make appropriate suggestions for supporting them.
