The Happy Body

The Happy Body is an exercise, nutrition and lifestyle coaching practice which focuses on helping clients achieve excellence in health through positive nutritional, energetic, emotional, exercise and lifestyle changes.

contentatanyaTanya Wyatt, one of The Happy Body’s two Directors, is an author of two internationally released health & fitness books and is also a nutrition and lifestyle coach, presenter and health educator.  

In the past two decades, she has been involved in developing training courses, lecturing and writing on behalf of educational institutions and contributing to a number of health and fitness magazines.

Tanya serves on the Advisory Board of Shape magazine and writes monthly for Sport Elizabeth, a Port Elizabeth-based newspaper.

She was involved in corporate presentations during her five-year stay in London, working with companies such as Corporate FX, Artaius, Pinnacle Proactive, Wilder & Co. and The Holborn Law Firm.

More recently, Tanya has worked with Nestle, The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, South African Breweries, Old Mutual, Johnson Controls, The Heart Foundation, The Port Elizabeth Women's Club, CANSA House and the Nelson Mandela Municipality University.
