Golf and sports conditioning

For anyone taking part in sports (whether professionally, semi-professionally or simply for leisure), we can help you develop the skills, strength and fitness necessary for your chosen activity. As primal man (cave man), we developed a series of functional movement patterns to help us successfully complete our daily tasks. These patterns are made up of pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, lunging, squatting and gait (walking).

Nearly every one of our daily tasks - and especially those on the sports field - has their origin in one or more of the primal patterns. Any skills-development/training programme we write is based on an initial physical assessment, during which we determine where your muscular strengths and weaknesses lie and assess the quality of your primal movement patterns. This way, the exercises recommended for you are very specific to both your sport and your own current physical condition, ensuring that ultimately, your movements are powerful and effective, making you a better athlete.
